The Posten Bring Group’s whistleblowing channel

The Posten Bring Group’s external whistleblowing channel has been established to ensure that employees, suppliers and other third parties have secure means by which to report censurable conditions.

What does it mean to whistleblow or report censurable conditions?

Whistleblowing is reporting censurable conditions to someone who can do something about them. We encourage everyone to report censurable conditions.

Censurable conditions are conditions that are in breach of legal rules, the Posten Bring Group’s written ethical guidelines, or ethical norms that are widely accepted in society. Censurable conditions might include (the list is not exhaustive):

  • Corruption and financial irregularities such as theft and embezzlement
  • Danger to life and health
  • Danger to the climate or the environment
  • Unacceptable working environment
  • Ethically unacceptable behaviour
  • Abuse of authority
  • Inappropriate gifts or bonuses
  • Subcontractors who violate laws and regulations
  • Breach of financial regulations
  • Breach of personal data security

What is not included in the external whistleblowing channel?

Conditions involving an acute risk to life and health must be directed to the emergency services.

Matters that only concern professional or political disagreement are not considered whistleblowing conditions in this channel.
